Recommended Resources for Healing/Personal Growth

It can be mind boggling sorting through the information and resources available online when you are seeking information to improve your overall mental health and wellbeing and to grow personally or in relationships.

Here are a list of resources I have loved over 2021-2022 for myself and for sharing with clients. I love gathering an eclectic range of reading and podcasts on all sorts of issues relevant to personal healing and growth.
