As Above, so below, as within, so without….I love these reflections from this morning (can’t wait to try painting them!) and it has me thinking how often when we want something to change in our lives we have to change something inside us first….but equally true (one of life’s paradoxes!) sometimes we need to change something in our lives for us to feel the internal changes in our mood, thoughts, beliefs, sensations. What are you focussing on this weekend? Healthy external or internal changes or a mix of the two? This is why I personally love receiving coaching or counselling, to help me navigate the next right step internally and externally, within and without!! I just love these reminders from @eves_art_project ….it feels to me that self compassion and self healing is a daily practice of tuning into our hearts (and bellies/bodies) and loosening the grip some of our old thoughts/patterns/beliefs have in our mind and lives….changing our mindset to heart set!! I came across this spider dangling helplessly after it had left it’s old ‘skin’ and was waiting for the energy to begin life in its new ‘skin’- it had me pondering yesterday just how grateful I am to all who have mothered me through different transitions in life- thank you to my Mum, my Grandma & Nana, my Aunties, my Sister Taz, sisters-in-laws, my Cousins, my Friends and Mentors, I deeply appreciate your support and encouragement, your love and nourishment- thank you 🙏🏼💖
