Mindful Swimming

Phew! 36 degrees in the desert and by some weird quirk of fate NO air conditioning working at home or work!  With questions spinning in my head of ‘How can that be? and What does it mean? and How will we  cope?’ I head to the 50 m pool. Aaaaahhhhh the beautiful cool water, the lovely floating sensation, the feel and the sound of the bubbles on my face, the rainbow reflected sun ripples, the rhythm of my breathing, the laughter of children, the even strokes.  All is well…., all will be well…..this is heaven!
